Secretary of General Director

- Translate and read the document to promote the company’s trading with partner

- Translate the income and outcome document according to the requirement of General Director.

- Take part in the meeting, negotiation with partner. Make the contract, project implementation , project acceptance and settlement of contracts according to the requirement of General Director

- Take part in the planning and operation of the project , tracking , monitoring and reporting of project progress to relating parties. Preparation, storage and management of contracts and documents the which CEO asked .

Requirement:

Age: Over 22 years old
Education : University degree or higher
Foreign Language : Chinese ( English more preferred) .
